Select a Battery
Generally there are four types of battery, SLA,
NiCad, NiMh, and Lithium
Sealed Lead Acid: The heaviest of the four types of
batteries, however also cheapest to replace at the end of their lifetime. The life cycle is roughly 300 discharges before the performance of this battery is
compromised.
NiCad: One level up from the SLA
batteries is NiCad. Roughly about double the cost of SLA
batteries. They however have 3 advantages over the SLA
batteries. Firstly they are lighter in weight, they have about 800 discharges
in their lifetime and they can handle cold weather
