The PicaMotion conversion kit is a great option for those who want the absolute lightest weight e-bike! This is a great kit for smaller riders, folding bicycles, or general lightweight use.

The kit consists of a 250 watt brushless geared hub motor which will provide a noticeable boost on hills, but also has a motor weight of just over 6lbs. It is sensorless as well, which provides high reliability (simpler design, less to go wrong!)

The PicaMotion kit also features our new 36 / 48 volt 25 amp sensorless controller which also has a command console that lets you pick from 3 levels of assistance! The controller is plug and play with the kit and easy to install - no cutting of wires or worrying about which wire to plug into what - they all match up out of box for an easy installation experience.

Lastly, the motor is fully disc brake compatible. The PicaMotion is a lightweight, dependable kit for those who really need the most lightweight, stealth electric bike.

You can order the PicaMotion as a laced wheel only, or with all the components you need to build up a complete electric kit.

All kits are QA'ed and tested in house, as well as being professionally laced using the Alex DM-18 rim and Sapim 13/14g heavy duty spokes. We have an upgrade option in 26" for the Alex DM-24 wide profile eyelet rim as well.
