The Crystalyte Model 405 motor is one the higher value motor.  A 405 is a high RPM, high speed motor.  If this motor laced onto a 26" rim.  It would have a lot of speed but with very little torque with a slow start.   However, put this motor on a small diameter rim like 20" would have increased torque.   It will equalize the speed and torque ratio which made this motor achieve the higher speed and torque then a 408 motor.  This is a perfect setup for recumbent bike.  The kits comes with the following:
