This is an e-brake sensor that mounts to your brake lever. A magnet is placed on the lever blade, and a sensor is placed on the body of the lever underneath. When you pull the brake lever, the magnet moves away from the sensor and activates the e-brake.
This is especially useful for riders who also want a cruise control accessory, as the e-brake will provide a safe way for a rider to both activate the brakes and turn off the cruise control on their e-bike in the event of an emergency stop.
This accessory is compatible with a wide range of controllers, including Crystalyte and our PIM sensorless controller!
The sensor wire is approximately 60" (152 cm), please ensure that this is long enough for your needs.
Connector: 3 pin JST female connector with 2 active pins (one empty)
